Minister Vučević visits “Sloboda” Čačak
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Miloš Vučević visited the joint stock company “Sloboda” Čačak today.
At the meeting with the company management, the managing director of “Sloboda”, Zoran Stefanović, presented to Minister Vučević the results achieved by the company, as well as its future tasks.
The minister of defence took a tour of Sloboda’s manufacturing plant, where he was shown the company’s facilities and product range. During the tour, he learned that the company, which is part of the domestic defence industry that is developing and is an important partner of the Serbian Armed Forces, is making continuous progress. The Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces, Minister Vučević said, intend to continue equipping themselves with modern weapons and military equipment that are the products of domestic industry.
Today, Minister Vučević also met with the mayor of Čačak, Milun Todorović, with whom he discussed the cooperation between the local self-government and the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces.
