State Secretary Starović has meetings with representatives of American administration
State Secretary Nemanja Starović has met with representatives of the American administration as part of the Ministry of Defence delegation’s visit to the United States of America.
In separate meetings with Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, co-chair of the Congressional Serbian Caucus, Congressman Michael Turner, chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and member of the House Armed Services Committee, and Congressman Thomas Keen, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Europe, State Secretary Starović discussed modalities for broadening cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and the United States of America, with particular emphasis on defence cooperation and providing support to Serbia in achieving its foreign policy goals in the current political and security circumstances.
State Secretary Starović has also taken part in the Atlantic Council Roundtable, discussing topics related to the Belgrade-Priština dialogue, cooperation with the United States of America in the coming period, and the current situation in Ukraine.
