72nd Special Operations Brigade expands its training facilities
The Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović, visited the 72nd Special Operations Brigade at the unit's peacetime location in the "Rastko Nemanjić" barracks in Pančevo today.
Accompanied by the brigade commander, Brigadier General Miroslav Talijan, he visited the construction site where works are underway on a new training area and gained insight into the execution of training and other activities of key importance for the combat readiness of the unit.
The new, multi-purpose training area, the construction of which has recently started, will, along with the existing facilities in this military complex, provide the unit members with the best possible conditions for training and improvement of skills, so that they are ready to carry out the most difficult missions and tasks that can be assigned to them at all times.
During the tour of the 72nd Special Operations Brigade, the Chief of the General Staff was accompanied by the Head of the Intelligence and Reconnaissance Directorate (J-2), Brigadier General Dragan Arsenijević.
