Visit to German Armed Forces’ Federal Office of Personnel Management
A Human Resources Sector delegation (Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia), led by Acting Assistant Minister of Defence for Human Resources Siniša Radović, is on an official visit to the Federal Republic of Germany. As part of the visit, the delegation met in Cologne with the Vice President of the Federal Office of Personnel Management of the German Armed Forces, Major General Dr. Nicole Schilling, and her associates.
During the visit, the two ministries exchanged information and experiences on personnel management, and their discussion focused on the planning, digitization, recruitment and selection processes, as well as on the improvement of administrative procedures.Representatives of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia and the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Germany also discussed the personnel management framework, procedures and competences, as well as compulsory and voluntary military service.
The two sides agreed that personnel was the most important factor in the existence and functioning of armed forces and expressed readiness to further develop the relations and cooperation.
