Algerian Delegation Visits Public Relations Department of Ministry of Defence
A delegation of Directorate of Information and Communication of the People’s National Army of the Democratic Republic of Algeria, led by General Abderrahmane Djebbari, is staying in a four-day official visit to the Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia.
The aim of the visit is the familiarisation with the manner of work, and exchange of experience, and potential establishment of cooperation in the public relations field.
Head of the Public Relations Department, Brigadier General Mihailo Zogović PhD greeted the delegation members stressing that the visit would be beneficial for both sides and a good opportunity to exchange experience and develop cooperation. General Zogović presented the purview of work and organisation of the Public Relations Department.
General Gebari expressed gratitude on behalf of the members of his delegation and on his own behalf for the organisation of the visit. He stressed that such meetings were a proof of good relations existing between our armed forces.
As part of the visit, the Directorate delegation will visit institutions that make part of the Public Relations Department - Media Centre “Odbrana”, Military Film Centre “Zastava Film”, and the Artistic Ensemble “Stanislav Binički, as well as the Military Museum.
