Military Academy All-Round Athletes Take First Place at “All Rounder 2023” International Competition
Military Academy Team of all-round athletes took the first place at 16th International Military All-Round Competition “All Rounder 2023” organised by Slovakian Military Academy in Liptovski Mikulash.
In the competition of six teams from four states, cadets Sergej Trifunović, Saša Šušnjar, Đorđe Marković, Dejan Petrović, Đorđe Petrović and Predrag Đuričić, members of a team lead by Lieutenant Colonel Negovan Ivanković PhD, demonstrated a high level of motivation and excellent physical fitness and deserved the brightest medal.
After the first day of the competition and wining the first places in overcoming infantry obstacle course and grenade throwing, the second place in gun firing, and third in 50-meter swimming relay race, the Military Academy cadets took the first place in the overall competition.
Our cadets confirmed that they are in excellent shape during the following day of the competition by placing second in 6-kilometer mountain running race, and winning the third place in 400-meter rafting sprint which was enough to win gold at this year’s “All Rounder” competition.Apart from our Military Academy team, teams from Slovakia, Czech Republic and Romania took part in the competition.
