Members of Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces receive apartment keys



Acting Assistant Minister of Defence for Human Resources Siniša Radović has handed apartment keys to 22 members of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces and other individuals eligible for housing. The ceremony was held in the Old General Staff’s Great War Hall today.
At the beginning of his address, Acting Assistant Minister Radović greeted those present on behalf of the Minister of Defence Miloš Vučević and expressed his satisfaction at having the opportunity to hand over the keys to the apartments to members of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces and other individuals eligible for housing. According to him, the Ministry of Defence is making sure that as many members of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces as possible are provided with housing, which is crucial for every family.

- A lot has been done in the past period. At the moment, as far as the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces are concerned, new models are being designed to make people more satisfied and help them claim this right, in an effort to improve the living standards of our members in that respect as well - said Acting Assistant Minister Radović.
  He emphasized that efforts should always be made for the sake of one’s work, family, state, unit and community.
 
- I wish you a happy new beginning. Thanks to your new apartments, you and your families will have a much better life and experience many more happy moments in the coming period - said Acting Assistant Minister of Defence Radović.

Major Jozef Feher said that he is overjoyed with the fact that today he solves an important life problem.
  My whole family is happy that we now have a roof over our heads. I hope that many of my colleagues will be able to solve this problem in the future, too - said Major Feher.
 
The ceremony was attended by the Head of the Telecommunications and IT Directorate, General Staff, Brigadier General Mile Vitezović, Head of the Department for Tradition, Standards and Veteran Affairs Colonel Dragan Milković, and Head of the Infrastructure Department Lieutenant Colonel Miloš Peruničić.
