Infantry soldiers undergo collective training
Intensive training is underway at the Army infantry battalions, where infantry soldiers are being taught to carry out collective tasks and combat operations of the Serbian Armed Forces.
The training involves the class of March 2023 who were assigned to infantry battalions following successful completion of their individual training at the Training Command Centres.During this period, the emphasis is on practical work at the training grounds where the soldiers are practicing the execution of tactical actions on the battlefield using “Lazar 3” wheeled armored combat vehicles, and on scheduled firing practices using infantry weapons.
In addition to the planned training activities, the soldiers are actively involved in the execution of the units’ regular tasks, gaining new experience, broadening their knowledge and improving their skills, in an effort to fully prepare for the infantry MOS which they have been recruited for.This is another class of soldiers that shows exceptional commitment and high motivation during training and execution of all other tasks. Many of them have already expressed their desire to become professional soldiers of the Serbian Armed Forces, for which they can apply while still performing their military service.
