Evaluation of Individual Competence of Soldiers Serving Voluntary Military Service
This week, the Army Training Centre carried out an evaluation of competence of the soldiers on voluntary military service of the intake “March 2023” whose first phase of training lasts four months.
The evaluation was conducted for the soldiers of armoured units, and military police and reconnaissance specialities, whose individual training lasts a month longer due to the specificities and complexity of the duties for which they are trained. Prior to this phase, they have underwent entire content of individual tactical training, including the operation of personal and branch specific weapons, and executed all planned firing and underwent physical fitness checks to ready for the competence test.
At the test, which was carried out on training areas and in barracks, the soldiers, in line with their specialities, solved tactical and firing tasks in practice, and demonstrated the acquired knowledge for the work on the assets and equipment of armoured, or reconnaissance and military police units of the Serbian Armed Forces.
The successful completion of the capability test is the result of dedication and zeal that the soldiers demonstrated during their training and it is also an indicator that the training was planned and executed well. After this, the soldiers will undergo collective training in Serbian Armed Forces units, where they will have the opportunity to upgrade acquired knowledge and to participate actively in the execution of daily tasks.
