Aircraft maintenance training
The 204th Air Brigade aircraft repair technicians are undergoing routine training at the Air Force and Air Defence Training Centre at the military airfield “Colonel-Pilot Milenko Pavlović” in Batajnica.
The purpose of the training is to provide the non-commissioned officers working at the aviation training squadron with the necessary skills to perform maintenance work on “Utva 75” training aircraft.In line with the training programme, the technicians are learning how to perform level 1 maintenance and inspect aircraft engines, electrical systems, and communication, navigation, and pilot survival equipment.
The training conducted in cycles throughout the year at the AF and AD Training Centre, is an important training segment for air brigade technicians and is a necessary step towards obtaining a certificate in SAF aircraft maintenance and inspection.
