Easter Greetings from Minister of Defence
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Miloš Vučević has extended Easter greetings to His Holiness Porfirije, Serbian Patriarch, Military Bishop Arsenije, and Orthodox Christian members of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces. The messages read as follows:

"Your Holiness,
On behalf of members of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces, I extend our warmest greetings to you for the upcoming Easter, the greatest of all Christian festivals, the most joyous feast day for all Orthodox and other Christians, which celebrates the Resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Having faith in your intercessory prayer to God on behalf of all members of the Serbian Armed Forces, I pray to the Risen Lord to give spiritual strength and good health to you, the clergy, the monks and all faithful Serbs. May the Risen God-man, Lord Jesus, give you strength to steer the ship of our Serbian Orthodox Church wisely for many years to come.
