Army units conduct regular training
In preparation for their engagement in the Ground Safety Zone, Army personnel is undergoing complex training in order to be fully prepared for carrying out the assigned missions and tasks.
During the training, soldiers and commanding officers are preparing for the execution of specific tasks in the Ground Safety Zone in accordance with the rules of engagement.
One of the most important training segments is practicing combat actions in case of attack on the unit, as well as the tactics and procedures used for preventing illegal crossing, extremist activity and organized crime. The training process uses various reconnaissance and surveillance equipment for tracking the situation on the ground in the daytime and at night.
Conducting training in all weather conditions is an essential prerequisite for the SAF units to achieve a high level of combat readiness and the ability to react rapidly and ensure peace and security in this part of the country if needed.
