Central Logistics Day marked



A ceremony to mark the Central Logistics Base Day was held in Belgrade today. This day is marked in memory of November 16, 1992, when the 608th Administrative Base was formed, whose traditions are continued by this unit of the Serbian Armed Forces.
 
The best results achieved over the past year were presented at the ceremony, awards were given to the most deserving individuals and appreciation letters were presented to the institutions with which the Central Logistics Base successfully cooperates.
 
The review of the achieved results emphasized significantly improved conditions for storing and performing maintenance of fixed and mobile reserves in all Central Logistics Base units, as well as the competence and responsible attitude of professional personnel towards the execution of assigned tasks, which helps ensure the continuity of logistical support in the defence system and the smooth functioning of the commands, units and establishments of the Serbian Armed Forces.
