Defence Minister’s message of congratulations for Military Security Agency Day



Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Miloš Vučević has sent a message of congratulations on the occasion of November 12 – Military Security Agency Day, which reads as follows:  

“I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all members of the Military Security Agency on November 12 – the Agency Day.  

By preserving the 183-year long counter-intelligence and security tradition of the armed forces of the Principality of Serbia, and by successfully executing very complex tasks, you have proven yourselves as the crucial element of the security and intelligence system, which is the guarantee of stability of both defence system and the Republic of Serbia.  

Since the adoption of the Military Law, which laid out in detail the types of threats to the security of the army, you have been successfully fighting organized crime, corruption and other potential security threats.

I congratulate you on your anniversary, convinced that you will continue to carry out all assigned tasks in a professional manner, affirming your agency and the defence system as a whole.
