Minister Stefanović: It has been a great privilege working with you
Statement by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Nebojša Stefanović, PhD:
"The Serbian soldier is steadfast, fearless, honourable and special in so many ways, because he is guided by his big heart in his battles. His heart beats for his only homeland and there is no difficulty or challenge that it will not tackle. It has been a great privilege working with you and serving Serbia over the last two years.
I would like to thank all members of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces for their cooperation and the results we have jointly achieved fighting for our homeland. Today, our military is one of the leading forces in the region, whose strength guarantees the peace of mind of our people and the stability of our country. I am proud that you are better equipped and armed now, but I am particularly proud of the fact that we have managed to increase your income and improve your living standards through investment and thanks to President Vučić’s unstinting support.I am convinced that you will continue to fight for the preservation, survival and future of Serbia with the same zeal. I wish you the best of luck in your future work and all the best to you and your families."
