Participation in Military Band Festival in Hungary



The Army Military Band Niš has participated in the 21st International Military Band Festival held in Debrecen, Hungary.
This year, besides three military orchestras from the host country, Hungary, military bands from Austria, Slovakia, Serbia and the Czech Republic have also taken part in this traditional music festival.

During their performances in Phoenix Arena and in Debrecen’s Kossuth Square, members of the Serbian Military Band Niš presented themselves to the audience performing the following compositions: “Aleksandar I”, “Milan Obrenović”, “March to the Drina River” and “1300 Corporals’ March”.
By successfully participating in the International Military Band Festival in Debrecen, which has traditionally been held since 1977, members of the Army military orchestra have presented the musical corps of the Serbian Armed Forces and the Serbian military and national music on the international music scene in the best possible way.
