Army conducts training for infantry soldiers
Infantry soldiers serving in the Army infantry battalions are going through intensive training in performing collective assignments and carrying out combat actions in SAF operations.
The training is intended for soldiers who started performing their military service in June this year and have been assigned to infantry battalions after successfully completing individual specialized training at the Training Command Centres. Besides them, professional soldiers who have recently assumed their duties in the units are also undergoing training.At this time, the focus is on practicing tactical actions on the battlefield in defensive and offensive operations, using modern weapons which are in service in the units, and performing scheduled firing practices using infantry weapons.
This type of training improves soldiers’ skills and infantry battalions’ proficiency in carrying out specific tasks in Army operations.
