Personnel Service Day marked
A ceremony to mark September 1, Personnel Service Day, was held today at the Central Military Club’s Grand Hall in Belgrade.
At the beginning of the ceremony, anniversary wishes sent by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Nebojša Stefanović, PhD, and Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff, General Milan Mojsilović, were read.

- All of you, members of the Personnel Service, successfully perform your daily tasks and proudly preserve a century-long tradition. Over the past year, you have put in a great deal of effort and hard work, as evidenced by the results achieved. Our system has been reinforced by a large number of new, young colleagues, a number of whom have been assigned to the Personnel Service. You have successfully responded to numerous challenges and raised the bar for next year - said Assistant Minister for Human Resources.
Personnel Service Day, she added, is an opportunity to emphasize that people are the most important part of any system.

Assistant Minister for Human Resources presented books and letters of appreciation to individuals awarded for the results achieved over the past year.
The celebration of Personnel Service Day was also attended by the State Secretary at the Ministry of Defence Branko Živanović, Assistant Minister for Defence Policy Predrag Bandić, Assistant Minister for Budget and Finance Katarina Pavičić, Rector of the Defence University, Lieutenant Colonel Goran Radovanović, PhD, Head of the Military Health Department, Brigadier General Radivoje Anđelković, Head of the Human Resources Department, General Staff, Brigadier General Savo Iriškić, and Head of the Public Relations Department, Colonel Mihailo Zogović, PhD.
