Specialist Training for Soldiers of ARU AAD Branch
In the Centre for Air Force and Air Defence Training, a specialist training is underway for the soldiers of artillery rocket units for anti-aircraft defence branch who started their military service in March.
During the training, held on military airfield “Colonel-Pilot Milenko Pavlović” in Batajnica, the soldiers are trained for the duties of crew members and operators of anti-aircraft guns L/70 “Bofors” and anti-aircraft missile systems “Kub-M2.
During the six week long training, involving theoretic instruction and practical work on anti-aircraft guns and missile systems, the soldiers are trained to execute combat tasks within their crews and they will acquire knowledge on the tactics of the use of these anti-aircraft defence assets, their operation and maintenance of assemblies and systems.
Upon completed specialised training, the soldiers will be sent for further military service in Air Force and Air Defence units, where they will be trained for the execution of collective tasks of the branch and be actively involved in the life and work of their units.
