Statement
In order to provide truthful and accurate information to the public, the Ministry of Defence denies the accuracy of the news reported by some media that D.Z., who committed a double murder in Zaječar last night, was a professional service member, i.e. a military retiree.
We ask media representatives to contact the Ministry of Defence and check their findings before presenting them to the public, so as not to spread false information that could damage the reputation of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces.
