Minister Stefanović holds video call with French Defence Minister Parly



Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Nebojša Stefanović, PhD, held a video call with the Minister of the Armed Forces of France, Florence Parly, today.  
The topics of conversation were political and security situation in the world and the region and the defence cooperation between the two countries.
 
Stefanović and Parly talked about the current situation in Eastern Europe, and the stability in the Western Balkans.  
The ministers agreed that bilateral cooperation between Serbia and France is at a high level, but that there is still room for its improvement, primarily in the spheres of military educational, military economic and military to military cooperation.
Minister Parly invited Minister Stefanović to visit the Eurosatory arms fair, which is being held in France in June, and it was emphasized that a visit by the Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff to the French Republic would ensure the continuity in high level visits.
