Staff talks between representatives of Serbian Armed Forces and National Guard of Cyprus



A delegation representing the National Guard of the Republic of Cyprus paid an official visit to the Serbian Armed Forces General Staff today to hold staff talks on further development of military to military cooperation.  During the talks between representatives of the Serbian Armed Forces and the National Guard of Cyprus, opportunities for conducting joint exercises and training were thoroughly discussed. The Cypriot delegation was briefed about the scope of activity of the Peacekeeping Operations Centre and international courses offered by this Serbian Armed Forces’ centre.
 
The Cypriot delegation was received by the Head of the Operations Department (J-3, Serbian Armed Forces General Staff), Lieutenant General Želimir Glišović.
Staff talks are the continuation of successful cooperation between the Serbian Armed Forces and the National Guard of the Republic of Cyprus and they contribute to the strengthening of our overall bilateral relations with friendly countries
