Army recce unit’s training
Members of the Armoured Reconnaissance Battalion are undergoing intensive training in carrying out intelligence protection tasks at the "Rujnik" training ground and in the "Stevan Siđelić" barracks in Niš.
It is an important segment of training that the unit conducts throughout the year in order to maintain and improve the skills of the professional composition. Scouts practise reconnaissance and intelligence gathering actions and procedures, as well as organizing reconnaissance patrols, surprise raids and ambushes. 
Modern equipment for night and day intelligence data collection is used in training, as well as armoured reconnaissance vehicles. In addition to carrying out reconnaissance tasks, unit members also learn to safely handle and perform maintenance on these complex combat systems, which have been in service in the unit since 2019. 
By conducting continuous training in all terrain and weather conditions, members of the Armoured Reconnaissance Battalion maintain a high level of competence for providing intelligence protection to the Army and the Serbian Armed Forces as a whole.
