Egyptian Armed Forces delegation visits Military Health Department
A three-member delegation representing the Egyptian Armed Forces’ medical corps, led by Brigadier General Mohamed Sherif Hosny Abd Elfadil, paid a visit to the Military Health Department.
During the visit, Head of the Military Health Department, Brigadier General Radivoje Anđelković, DVM, informed the guests about the military health facilities, and the two delegations had an opportunity to exchange experiences regarding the work of military health institutions and various types of education and training for military medical staff, with particular emphasis on the Medical Faculty. One of the topics of common interest was the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic, namely, the role of medical corps in setting up temporary Covid hospitals, and the treatment of non-Covid patients over the past two years.During their stay in our country, the Egyptian delegation visited the organizational units of the Military Medical Academy and the Military Hospital Niš, in order to get acquainted with the work of certain specialist services. Opportunities to improve cooperation in the field of military medicine were also considered.
