“Stanislav Binički” Ensemble to give concert on occasion of Candlemas - Statehood Day
"Stanislav Binički", the artistic ensemble of the Ministry of Defence, will give a concert on the occasion of the Statehood Day of the Republic of Serbia on February 14. The concert will be held in the Kolarac Endowment’s Great Hall, starting at 8 pm.
Katarina Božić and Major Igor Mitrović will conduct the symphony orchestra and “Stanislav Binički” Ensemble’s Mixed Choir at the concert of popular and traditional music.
The program will include a diverse collage of local songs for all generations, and the audience will be able to enjoy tunes such as "Greetings to Belgrade" and "Trumpet Festival", the famous march "Miloš the Great" and the Guards’ March, but also hits such as "This is the Country For Us", "Golden Day", " Little Girl", "Awakening of Early Spring", "Friends Forever" and many others.
The concert is a gift from the "Stanislav Binički" Ensemble to the citizens of Belgrade and visitors to Belgrade on the occasion of the Statehood Day, and free tickets can be picked up at the Kolarac Endowment’s ticket office.
