Balkan Medical Task Force Steering Board meeting
The meeting of the Balkan Medical Task Force Steering Board was held in Belgrade on November 30 and December 1, 2021.
In his opening remarks, Assistant Minister for Defence Policy Predrag Bandić highlighted the importance of this high-potential regional project and thanked partner countries, the United States and Norway, for their support for the development of the Balkan Medical Task Force.
The Balkan Medical Task Force utilizes the military medical capabilities of Serbia, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro to respond to crisis situations.
During their visit to Belgrade, representatives of the Balkan Medical Task Force member states were informed about the deployments of the Serbian military medical personnel to the Central African Republic.
