Congratulatory message on the occasion of the Novi Sad Military Hospital Day
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Nebojša Stefanović, PhD, sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of November 11 – the Novi Sad Military Hospital Day which reads:
“I congratulate all members of the Novi Sad Military Hospital on November 11.
On this day more than a century ago, the head of the Permanent Military Hospital of the Potisje Region was appointed and the hospital in Petrovaradin started working. Today, it is the oldest military hospital in Europe. Generations of military doctors and medical staff have looked after the health and lives of our soldiers in this institution and built the widely known name of the Novi Sad Military Hospital.
As their worthy successors, today you provide medical care to members of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces, members of their families, military volunteers, students and cadets. Faced with the recent Covid-19 pandemic, you have never shied away from providing care to civilians as well. You have always been with our people, whenever and wherever needed.
I am extremely proud of all of you and I heartily congratulate you on your anniversary."
Congratulatory message on the occasion of the Electronic Warfare Units Day
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Nebojša Stefanović, PhD sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of November 11 – the Electronic Warfare Units Day which reads:
“I congratulate all members of the Electronic Warfare Units on November 11 – the Day of their Branch.
Your branch was established by forming the first radio reconnaissance and electronic countermeasures unit in Niš, exactly 75 years ago. This branch is becoming increasingly important for improving the level of operational capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces, thanks to its equipment and the training of its units which are in keeping with modern challenges. That is why the government will continue working on that.
I congratulate you on your anniversary and I wish you a lot of success in performing your tasks”.
