Promotion of voluntary military service under arms continues in Serbian cities
The promotion of voluntary military service under arms, organized by the Ministry of Defence centres, was held in Pirot on October 22 and in Knjaževac on October 25.
In addition to interested candidates, representatives of the city administration and local media attended the promotion.The appeal and prestige of the military profession enables young people to develop and master the acquired knowledge, abilities and skills, but also to gain new experience and knowledge relevant for the defence of the country. After a successful completion of military service and showing affinity for this all humane profession and team work, young generations have the opportunity to get employment as professional soldiers in the Serbian Armed Forces.
All interested adult citizens of the Republic of Serbia up to the age of 30 can apply for voluntary military service at their local MoD centres.
