Serbian and Russian special forces in joint training



Members of the SAF and Russian special operations forces are conducting a joint training in the Republic of Serbia this week, in the wider region of Deliblato Sands.  
The purpose of the exercise entitled "Joint Response 2021” is to train commands and units, exchange experiences and transfer knowledge and skills in modern counterterrorism.

During the training on land, on sea, and in the air, special forces practice tactical actions and operations in counterterrorism, utilising the armament and equipment used by the Serbian and Russian Armed Forces, and a tactical live fire exercise will also be conducted.
