Minister of Defence extends greetings on the occasion of Air Force and Air Defence Day



Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Nebojša Stefanović, PhD, sent his greetings on the occasion of 24 December – Air Force and Air Defence Day. His message reads as follows:

“I extend my warm wishes to all members of the Air Force and Air Defence celebrating 24 December – Air Force and Air Defence Day.

It is our duty to keep alive the memory of heroic deeds of all the pilots, Air Defence members, ASWEG Brigade members, technicians and other members of our Air Force and Air Defence who have shown their unreserved love of the homeland throughout our rich history.

I am proud that you are their worthy successors and that you control and protect the sovereignty of Serbia’s airspace in a professional, disciplined and unwavering manner.

I believe you will reciprocate the state’s effort to equip and modernize the Serbian military aviation by achieving even better results.
