Statement
Today at about 11 a.m, there was an explosion at the Begove Vode testing range in the village of Zlatarić near Valjevo, during the execution of regular tasks on an anti-tank warhead, performed by the “Krušik” Valjevo holding corporation. One of "Krušik’s" employees, M. J, was killed in the explosion, and M.P, who participated in carrying out the testing, was injured.
The injured employee, M.P, was immediately transported to the Community Health Centre in Valjevo, where he was admitted for treatment and received medical attention.
Immediately after the accident occurred, “Krušik” informed competent state authorities, which will proceed to carry out an investigation.
