Finance Officers Course



The eighth “Course for Finance Officers at the battalion-brigade level“ started today at the Military Academy, with the support of the Sector for Budget and Finance of the Ministry of Defence.
The Head of the Budget Department of the Sector for Budget and Finance, Colonel Milan Milunović, PhD, addressed the audience emphasizing that the course is intended for members of the financial service to revise and gain new knowledge in the field of material and financial operations in the Serbian Armed Forces.

He pointed out that the Sector for Budget and Finance, which is responsible for the financial function of the Ministry of Defence, has recognized the importance of constant professional development of the financial service staff.

The curriculum of the course, which lasts until 30 October, includes the topics of material and financial operations in the armed forces, financial and material accounting in the armed forces, financial planning, budget execution, salaries, allowances and other fringe benefits in the armed forces.
