Minister Vulin presented with a Plaque for Consistent Fight for the Survival of Serbs in Republika Srpska and the Countries of the Region
Today, the Minister of Defence, Aleksandar Vulin, was awarded a Plaque for exceptional contribution to the work of the Union of Krajina Associations, as well as a consistent fight for the survival of Serbs in Republika Srpska and the countries of the region, at the events “Krajina Srbs in Word and Image” and “To Peter on St. Peter’s Day”, held in the "Brvnara" Folk Park in Bački Jarak, under the auspices of the Union of Krajina Associations - Novi Sad, the Centre for the Preservation of Culture and Traditions of the Krajina Serbs and the Cultural Centre "Lukijan Mušicki" - Temerin.
- Serbs preserve their culture and tradition wherever they live and our diversity is our virtue and our strength. By the will of the great powers, and sometimes by their cowardice - the cowardice of past generations, Serbs do not live in one state, but they can and must be united in the political sense and make the most important decisions about their nation and themselves together, taking care of the entire Serbian people and making sure that it is in line with what they think should be done - said Minister Vulin after the events, adding that Belgrade and Serbia as the motherland, must be the ones to gather all Serbs.
Since Aleksandar Vučić started governing Serbia, Serbia has not turned its head away from Serbs who do not live in it, Minister Vulin points out, but looks after both Republika Srpska and all Serbs wherever they live.
