Statement
Regarding the new lies and old attacks of Marinika Tepić who stated in the media that “we have only two surgeons on duty at the Military Medical Academy in a city with two million people”, and in order to inform the public truthfully, we point out that on workdays and at weekends, 22 specialists are on duty at the Military Medical Academy, 16 of which are surgeons of various surgical specialties and eight residents, while on Wednesdays, when there is an emergency day at the MMA, 30 specialists are on duty, 17 of which are surgeons of various specialties and 22 residents.
We call on Marinika Tepić to stop lying about the work of the Ministry of Defence, Military Health Care and the Serbian Armed Forces and appologize to doctors who are on duty at the MMA every day taking care of the health of all citizens of Serbia.
