I congratulate 1st September - Day of Personnel Service to all its members.
Our national history attaches exceptional importance to personnel service since it has been considered as very important for building the armed forces.
So far, you have demonstrated that you are an important element of capabilities of defence system in the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces.
I congratulate this holiday to you, confident that you will in the period to come continue professionally discharging the tasks assigned and that you will further enhance the work in your service in keeping with European criteria and standards and I wish you a lot of success with that.
