Minister Vulin: If he were not the Bishop of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Joanikije would not have been arrested
"The authorities in Montenegro have arrested Bishop Joanikije. If he were not the Bishop of the Serbian Orthodox Church, he would not have been arrested. It is a shame that Bishop Joanikije was kidnapped and arrested as if he were a cigarette smuggler and not a clergyman," said the Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin.
- By provoking conflicts with the Serbs in Montenegro, the Government of Montenegro is consciously aggravating relations with Serbia. The Montenegrin authorities simply do not understand that love for Montenegro should not be proven by hatred towards Serbia - said Minister Vulin.
