Minister Vulin: Gavrilo Princip lived and died for freedom, and that is why he did not die for Serbs
- Not even the fight against the coronavirus can or should erase the memory of our greatest historical figures. On this day in 1918, Gavrilo Princip was killed. He lived and died for freedom, which is why he did not die for Serbs - the Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin said today.
"The more faithful to the ideal of freedom we are and the more respect for the sacrifice of Gavrilo Princip and his hanged and imprisoned comrades we have, the worthier of the respect of future generations will we be," Minister Vulin said.
