Minister Vulin: The Serbian Armed Forces are the best part of Serbia
Speaking at today's session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, the Minister of Defence Aleksandar Vulin emphasized that he is proud of everything the Serbian Armed Forces have done in the fight against coronavirus.
- We have been fighting with the effects of Covid all along and everything is working fine. The Serbian Armed Forces’ duty has also been to take care of our sovereignty. To make sure that our skies are protected all the time, that our borders are guarded, and that the bridge in Kosovska Mitrovica does not suddenly become what it must not be, that it does not allow incursions into the north part of the city. The SAF’s duty has also been to make sure that life runs smoothly at all times - said the Minister of Defence.
- Some MPs wondered why the Serbian Armed Forces’ planes were flying instead of being grateful that there are people to fly our planes and that the Serbian Armed Forces are functioning properly. We have listened to the attacks here, not on politics, but on our own state - said Minister Vulin, adding that it is not normal to criticise measures that you know help to preserve the health of the nation, and emphasized that he is proud to be able to speak about what the Serbian Armed Forces have done, which are, in his opinion as the minister of defence, the best part of Serbia.
