On the occasion of the major Christian festival, the Resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ, I extend my cordial greetings to all the members of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces who observe this festival in accordance with the Julian calendar.
Today, when almost the entire world, including our country, is facing the scourge of biblical proportions caused by a new disease, it is necessary that we fight the great battle together, through actions and prayer, in order to preserve our people.
I wish you continued success in fulfilling your tasks, illuminated by the light of Christ's resurrection, and knowing that this is the true path to building the peace in our fatherland.
Christ rose from the dead and brought joy and hope to all who believe in His resurrection, that they will emerge victorious from all life’s adversities. Therefore, wishing that the Risen Lord preserves your health and the health of your loved ones during this difficult period for our people and our country, I greet you with the triumphant greeting:
