The Ministry of Defence filed criminal charges against Boško Obradović
The Ministry of Defence filed criminal charges to the Public Prosecutor's Office against Boško Obradović for committing the criminal offense of “calling for change of constitutional order by use of force” under Article 309 (1), in conjunction with Article 308 of the Criminal Code as it was intended to compromise constitutional order and security of the Republic of Serbia by calling for and inciting to change its constitutional order and overthrow its highest state authorities.
Obradović said at the press conference held at the National Assembly that “Aleksandar Vučić should be urgently isolated“ and that the military and the police should seize power in Serbia.
