Cooperation of the Ministry of Defence with the Public Enterprise “Srbijašume” and Serbian Hunting Association
Today, the Minister of Defence Alexander Vulin met the President of the Hunting Association of Serbia – Bratislav Ćirković and the Executive Director of the Sector for Hunting, Fisheries and Tourism and the Deputy Director General of the public enterprise "Srbijašume" Milutin Đorđevic, with whom he visited “Karađorđevo”, the hunting ground of the military institution "Morović ".
The tour of the hunting grounds “Bukinjski rit” and “Vranjak”, parts of the hunting ground “Karađorđevo”, helped them perceive available capacities of the Serbian Armed Forces in this special nature reserve and agree on further cooperation in the field of the development of hunting and tourism in the area.
After the tour, Minister Vulin pointed out that the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces are renewing their potentials and are making an effort to improve all that they have been entrusted with by the state and society and manage it in the best and the most productive way. He also pointed out that the revival of the hunting ground “Karađorđevo” would present an opportunity for the development of the whole area.According to Milutin Đorđević, the Deputy Director General of the public enterprise “Srbijašume”, the cooperation between the public enterprise “Srbijašume” and the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces is exceptionally productive, and the hunting ground “Karađorđevo” has great potential.
Bratislav Ćirković, the President of the Hunting Association of Serbia pointed out that the development of hunting and tourism in Serbia can provide support to the development of all the branches of industry in our country and that the Association is at the disposal of the Ministry of Defence and the Serbian Armed Forces whenever it comes to promoting the available hunting grounds.
