Ministers Vulin and Shoygu: Mutual Satisfaction with the Meeting
At the end of visit to the Republic of Serbia, Russian Defence Minister Army General Sergey Shoygu was seen off at the “Nikola Tesla” Airport by Minister of defence of Serbia Aleksandar Vulin.
Both sides expressed satisfaction with the results of the visit during which they discussed further enhancement of the state and military cooperation between Serbia and Russia and specific activities that will enhance the ever-expanding cooperation between the two armies.
Minister Vulin once again thanked Minister Shoygu for having chosen the Republic of Serbia to be the first country to visit after his reappointment as minister of defence of the Russian Federation. He also expressed gratitude for the invitation extended for the Serbian Armed Forces to participate in commemoration of the Day of victory against fascism in the Second World War to be held on 9th May in Moscow, where Serbian and Russian soldiers would march together on the Red Square in honour of the victory.
Minister Vulin thanked Minister Shoygu for personal invitation to attend Ministerial meeting of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation this year in June.
