State Secretary Živković meets with Ambassador of the Republic of Myanmar Union to the Republic of Serbia
State secretary at the Ministry of Defence Aleksandar Živković has met today with the newly appointed ambassador of the Republic of Myanmar to the Republic of Serbia, Turein Tant Zin.
During the meeting, they discussed cooperation in the field of defence as well as proposals for its improvement.
State secretary Živković expressed gratitude to the Republic of Myanmar Union for its support for the territorial integrity of the Republic of Serbia and efforts to find a solution for Kosovo and Metohija, especially emphasising Myanmar's vote against the accession of the so-called Kosovo to international organisations.At the end of the meeting, state secretary Živković wished the newly appointed ambassador all success in performing his duties in the Republic of Serbia.
