Congratulatory Message from the Minister of Defence to members of the 98th Air Brigade
I extend to all members of the 98th Air Brigade my best wishes as they celebrate 28th November – the Day of the unit.
On this day, seven decades ago, the 98th Fighter-Bomber Aviation Regiment was formed; it is the unit with the longest tradition in the former Air Force and Air Defence.
By professionally performing the tasks of fire support to the Army units, air transport, reconnaissance, combat support and combat service support to aviation units, you have proven that you can rightly be called sovereigns of our skies.
Convinced that you will continue to make a full contribution to enhancing the training level and morale of Air Force and Air Defence members, as well as the Serbian Armed Forces as a whole, I congratulate you on your jubilee.
