I extend cordial congratulations on the occasion of 12th November –Military Security Agency Day to all the members of the Agency.
Ever since the Military Law was passed which in detail elaborated forms of threats to security of the armed forces, envisioned actions and sanctions in case of treason, escape, mutiny and other forms of individual or collective actions, and which comprehensively defined issues of security and counter intelligence protection of the Armed Forces of the Principality of Serbia, continuing 180 years long tradition, you have successfully executed tasks in the fight against organised crime, corruption and other potential security threats showing that you are a key element of security-intelligence system of both Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces, and the Republic of Serbia as well.
Owing to highly educated and professional personnel, along with development of modern technologies which you apply while executing the tasks of security and counterintelligence protection, your Agency can be placed among the most modern security services.
I congratulate this jubilee to you, confident that you will in the future continue contributing to the enhancement of security of the defence system and promotion of your Agency.

I congratulate 12th November – Security Service Day to all its members.
On that day in 1839, a Military Law was passed which was the first legal act that comprehensively defined the issues of security and counter-intelligence protection of the Armed Forces of the Principality of Serbia. Continuing the long-lasting tradition, through professional execution of tasks and successful resolution of challenges that you face, you have confirmed that you possess capabilities and capacities, despite sometimes impossible conditions, to execute the tasks within your purview in the right way and successfully arrive at your goal.
I congratulate this jubilee to you, wishing that you continue resolving the challenges that are yet to come in an equally successful manner thus providing stability of defence system, at the same time giving full contribution to security of the entire state.
Congratulatory Message on the Occasion of Chaplain Service Day
I congratulate 12th November – Chaplain Service Day to all its members.
In the year in which we celebrate eight centuries since the autocephaly of the Serbian Orthodox Church, members of your Service also celebrate a jubilee of passing the Military Law in the Armed Forces of the Principality of Serbia, which for the first time defined the conduct of religious service in the military.
In the previous period, you demonstrated how spiritual and moral values are strengthened in members of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces, and military virtues and patriotism cherished and civil responsibilities shaped. The Chaplain Service largely contributed to development, building, maintenance and enhancement of operational capabilities of the Serbian Armed Forces by executing defined missions and tasks.
I congratulate this jubilee to you, confident that your noble virtues will became rules of behaviour of all of us in the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces.
