Communiqué




The Military Syndicate once again irresponsibly and maliciously presents notorious lies directed against the Ministry of Defense. They have not informed any competent authority of the shameless allegations, although they are legally obliged to do so.

Since the Military Syndicate has not informed the Military Police, the Military Security Agency or the civil prosecution about its findings, the Ministry of Defense will be obliged to file a lawsuit against the Military Syndicate, thus giving the Syndicate the opportunity to prove its claims in court.

We would like to remind all that the prosecution has rejected several denouncements of the Military Syndicate against the Minister of Defense and other members of the Ministry of Defense, and that the competent court has rejected Novica Antić’s request to be the whistleblower in the proceedings.

The political engagement of Novica Antić, the President of the Military Syndicate, has fully exposed the reasons for the Syndicate’s persistent attacks against the Ministry of Defense.
