Course for Public Finance in the Defense System
The seventh Public Finances Course organized by the Department of Finance of the Military Academy with the support of the Budget and Finance Sector was opened today at the Military Academy.
The participants were addressed by the Head of the Budget Directorate of the Ministry of Defense’s Budget and Finance Sector, Colonel Milan Milunović, PhD, who emphasized that the aim of this training is to update the knowledge and provide new one in the field of public finances, in order to enable successful performing of duties within the competence of the financial function in the defense system.
The course program, which runs until 25 October, will be implemented through lectures and individual work by trainees and will cover topics such as the public sector financial service system, financial control and audit, pay and benefits and other topics.
