Symposium on Operational Researches “SYMOPIS 2019” Held




Multinational symposium on operational researches “SYMOPIS 2019”, with the participation of the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces was held from 15th to 18th September in Kladovo, organised by Faculty of Organisational Sciences of the University in Belgrade.
 
At the opening of the symposium, the participants were addressed by State Secretary Aleksandar Živković on behalf of the Ministry of Defence.
 
Significant participation in the work of the symposium, in terms of delivered and presented works, was noted from the authors from the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces, with 15 works out of overall 131 which were accepted for this year’s symposium.
 
Members of the Ministry of Defence managed the work of two sections “Application of operational researches in defence” and “Geoinformation systems”.
 
The organiser of the following symposium is going to be Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering of the University in Belgrade.
