Minister Vulin’s telegram of condolences to the Minister of National Defense of the People’s Republic of China
Serbian Minister of Defense Aleksandar Vulin has sent a telegram of condolences to the Minister of National Defense of the People’s Republic of China, General Wei Fenghe, on the occasion of crime committedin a primary school in central China and suffering of children.
The telegram states:
“It was with horror and disbelief that I received the news of a heinous crime committed in a primary school in central China when innocent children were killed on the first day of the new school year.
At this moment, when we mourn children, which is hard beyond compare, my thoughts and the thoughts of all the members of the Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Armed Forces remain with our fraternal Chinese people.
On behalf of all members of the Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Armed Forces and me personally, please pass sincere condolences to the families of those who died, and wishes for a quick recoveryto the injured.”
