Congratulatory Message of the Minister of Defence on the Occasion of Personnel Service Day
I congratulate 1st September – Personnel Service Day to all its members.
On this date begins so called “personnel year pursuant to hitherto long standing experience gained in the work of personnel bodies – Personnel Service in the Armed Forces and the experiences of foreign armed forces. A system has been established in which the most important activities and the greatest number of results in the field of personnel are carried out and summed up until this date. In our national history, the Personnel Service has been given exceptional attention, since it was considered and it is still considered as important for development of the armed forces.
In the previous year, you confirmed that you are a significant element of capabilities of defence system in the Ministry of Defence and Serbian Armed Forces. Owing to highly educated and professional cadre, good human potential, efficient and professional work, education and professional advancement of cadre, you have given full contribution to preservation of human resources in defence system.
I congratulate this holiday to you and I wish that you continue achieving successful results that would contribute to development of the Serbian Armed Forces and defence system as a whole.
